Chronic Pain Management

Support That Understands Chronic Pain

Chronic pain can be complex - but you don’t have to face it alone. We take a whole-person approach to pain management that focuses on building confidence, movement, and strategies that actually work for you.

Chronic pain is complex but with the right approach, you can reclaim your movement and quality of life.

We understand the physical and emotional toll long-term pain can have, which is why we take a gentle, informed and person-centred approach.

Our team will help you move safely, understand your pain, and build confidence in your body again. You're not alone and change is possible with the right support.

A quick fix for back pain?

Chronic back pain rarely has a simple ā€œquick fix,ā€ but the right plan can make a big difference. Our physios help you build a personalised self-management and flare-up plan so you know exactly what to do when pain increases.

Long-term improvement often includes graded strengthening and confidence-building movement. When appropriate, we use structured programs like GetBack to safely rebuild spinal strength.

Our team has extensive experience supporting people with persistent pain, and Nathan is currently completing further training in Cognitive Functional Therapy to better help those with chronic, complex back pain.
