Better Bones

Strength & Support for Your Skeleton

Better Bones is a specialised group exercise class for people living with osteopenia or osteoporosis.

Led by our team of experienced Exercise Physiologists, this program uses safe, weight-bearing, and resistance-based movements to help maintain bone density, improve posture, and reduce the risk of fractures.

It’s never too late to take control of your bone health — and Better Bones provides the tools, support, and structure to help you do just that in a friendly, small-group environment.
