Mobility and Balance for Over 55s

Balanced Bunch is a friendly, fun group class that helps improve mobility, strength and confidence — while keeping things social and enjoyable.

Specifically designed for people aged 55 and over, the class is led by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and uses evidence-based exercises to support balance, movement, and independence.

Whether you're looking to reduce your risk of falls, manage joint stiffness, or simply keep active in good company, this class is for you.
