MBExPhys(Clin) ESSAM, AEP, AES
Lindsey is an accredited Clinical Exercise Physiologist who graduated from James Cook University in 2018. Since then, she has worked across a range of regional communities including Townsville, Wagga Wagga, Young, and the Camden Haven. This diverse experience has allowed her to support a wide variety of clients and develop strong clinical skills across DVA, Workers Compensation, Medicare, and Aged Care populations.
Lindsey has experience in cardiac rehabilitation, hydrotherapy, occupational rehabilitation, and group exercise, as well as working with pre- and post-menopausal women.
Originally from the Camden Haven, Lindsey is passionate about using therapeutic exercise to improve quality of life. She is driven to help her clients enhance heart health, manage chronic conditions, and build long-term wellbeing. Lindsey is also committed to educating others on the powerful benefits of exercise for both physical and mental health.
Her clinical interests include musculoskeletal rehabilitation, falls prevention, hip and knee osteoarthritis, and osteoporosis. Above all, Lindsey enjoys helping her clients achieve their individual movement goals—whether that means returning to sport, improving independence in everyday activities, enhancing overall quality of life, or reducing the risk of falls. She takes a personalised approach to care, ensuring each program is tailored to support meaningful and lasting outcomes.
Lindsey has a background in dance, having trained extensively in classical ballet for over 10 years, including scholarship training in Sydney. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, spending time with family, and making memories with her young daughter and her pug, Elroy.
