Jo Smith

Jo brings warmth, empathy, and a strong client focus to her role as a remedial massage therapist. After many years working in healthcare administration for specialists in rheumatology and respiratory medicine, Jo developed a deep understanding of the challenges many clients face when living with chronic pain or long-term conditions.

Inspired by her desire to help people more directly, Jo completed her Diploma of Remedial Massage at TAFE Port Macquarie and now works closely with the physio team at Wauchope Physio to support clients on their recovery journey.

Jo specialises in remedial and deep tissue massage, supporting clients with musculoskeletal injuries, sports recovery, and relaxation needs. Her approachable nature and collaborative mindset make her a valued member of the rehab team — focused on helping people move more freely and feel more comfortable in their bodies.

With a bubbly personality and an infectious smile, Jo loves spending time with her four beloved fur babies and relaxing with family and friends.
