Ashley Anderson

Ashley brings a rich blend of clinical experience, hands-on skills, and genuine care to her role as a physiotherapist. She’s been part of the Wauchope Physio team since 2021, initially as a highly regarded remedial massage therapist. With over a decade of experience in the health and wellness industry — and a background spanning massage, exercise science, and now physiotherapy — Ashley offers her clients a unique and well-rounded approach to rehab.

Ashley recently completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Charles Sturt University in Port Macquarie and is excited to expand her role within the team she already knows and loves.

Ashley is known for her warmth, enthusiasm, and incredible hands-on skillset. Her clinical interests include post-operative rehab, spinal injuries, and both acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Clients benefit from her combined knowledge of manual therapy, movement-based rehab, and years of practical experience across multiple disciplines.

Ashley enjoys spending time outdoors, photography, and catching up with friends and family. Her sunny personality and active lifestyle reflect the energy she brings to her work.
