Alisha Livingstone

Community Physiotherapist

BPhysio (UoN)

Alisha is a Mid North Coast local who brings patient-centred, compassionate, and thoughtful care to her role at Wauchope Physiotherapy. Since graduating from the University of Newcastle in 2022, she has worked primarily in community settings supporting people living with chronic respiratory conditions, while also gaining valuable exposure in inpatient care.

Through her experience, Alisha has developed a strong dedication to community physiotherapy, with a particular interest in aged care, falls prevention, and chronic respiratory conditions. She enjoys applying evidence-based practice to create tailored programs that help patients manage symptoms, improve function, and maintain independence and wellbeing in daily life.

Alisha works closely with patients and their families and collaborates with GPs, specialists, and allied health teams to provide coordinated, personalised, and holistic care. She is known for her warmth, enthusiasm, and caring nature, and is a strong advocate for her patients, ensuring they feel supported and empowered throughout their care.

Outside of work, Alisha enjoys spending time with her family, staying active, and being outdoors, with a love for adventures and exploring the Mid North Coast.
