At Get Fresh Dietitians, we will work with you to assess your nutritional requirements and help you translate scientific health and nutrition information into practical advice. Food can be used to assist you in meeting your everyday healthy nutrition goals and/ or as a form of Medical Nutrition Therapy to manage health conditions and diseases. Common conditions that we treat include overweight and obesity, diabetes, heart disease, cancer, kidney disease, thyroid disorders, gastrointestinal diseases and disorders as well as eating disorders and malnutrition.
Sept 2020 NEWS:
Sophie Gray, who has been working at our clinic for 12 months, will unfortunately no longer be available to work at Wauchope Physiotherapy and Sports Rehab Centre on Thursdays. Thus Get Fresh Dietitians is currently unable to provide consultations at our clinic, however, Get Fresh Dietitians can continue to accommodate patient referrals by offering our telehealth services (phone or video consultations) and home visits on Tuesdays, and face to face appointments at our Port Macquarie Clinic on Wednesdays. We hope to have Sophie returning back to Wauchope in the near future (fingers crossed).
